Accessibility statement
This accessibility statement applies to the interim Springfield Medical Centre website at springfieldmedicalcentre.gpsurgeryapp.co.uk.
This website is run by GPsurgery.net on behalf of Springfield Medical Centre. It is a temporary site with our essential information while our full website is rebuilt.
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:
- change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser settings
- zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
- navigate the website using just a keyboard or speech recognition software
- listen to the website using a screen reader
The website is built with the NHS digital service manual design system, which is designed to meet accessibility standards.
AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
Feedback and contact information
If you need information on this website in a different format, like large print, easy read, audio recording or braille, or you find a problem with the website:

Enforcement procedure
The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 (the "accessibility regulations"). If you are not happy with how we respond to your complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
Compliance status
We aim for this website to be fully compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard. Some of the page content was carried over from our previous website and has not yet been fully re-checked, so it may not meet every requirement.
Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on 28 October 2026. It will be reviewed when our full website is launched.
